Game Design Competition
Small teams of 2-4 high school students are challenged to push the boundaries of their imagination as they conceptualize, design, program, and ultimately publish a video game from scratch, all within a two-day timeframe. Brace yourself for a transformative experience that will ignite your passion, foster collaboration, and test your ability to manage time and resources efficiently.
A panel of judges consisting of professional game designers and local industry experts will evaluate each game based on a range of criteria, including creativity, art design, narrative, captivating gameplay systems, and more. The competition not only encourages student designers to think outside the box but also provides a platform to showcase their talents and share their innovation and creativity with an audience of developers, peers, and community leaders.

Representing a variety of roles within the industry, including producers, programmers, narrative designers, and QA experts, our lineup already features 5 developers from well-known AAA game studios. With a projected involvement of 7 to 10 industry professionals by launch, the panel will provide invaluable insights, forge vital connections, and bring you face-to-face with the future of game development.
Career & College Expo
Students and attendees will have the opportunity to engage with a diverse array of industry professionals, esteemed educators, and representatives from top-tier colleges and universities.
